Products must be placed back in original packaging and not be used to guarantee a 100% refund. In the rare case of unusual customization (special orders), we may not be able to guarantee a full refund.
SHIPPING INFO
This depends on your location. Our product pages note the estimated time for dispatch from our warehouses. If an item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 and 5 days. When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email that gives you an estimated delivery time window for your order. The estimated transit time for delivery is 5-8 days. If you live in a remote location, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery.
